We are two down-to-earth Dutch sisters with diverse backgrounds and complementary strengths, united by a shared passion for people and talent. With outstanding interpersonal skills, deep knowledge of neurodiversity, and extensive experience in recruitment and HR, we are committed to thoughtful talent management and building meaningful connections. Where one of us falls short, the other excels, enabling us to provide balanced, people-focused recruitment solutions.
We’re also joined by Luis, our “brother from another mother,” a Portuguese recruiter with extensive international experience and an MBA. He brings deep expertise in recruitment as well as in building and leading high-performing teams.
We work independently but always have each other’s backs, sharing expertise on every placement. Together, we tackle every challenge and you get the energy, creativity, and expertise of three freelancers in one.
